We are full time photographers (would you trust a part time photographer with just a mobile number and no insurance with your wedding?)
Unique to PPimaging is what you get for your wedding. Preview album with unmarked images captured from the day (“Venti” and ”Grande” packages only). Online viewing and ordering for family friends (password protected). Selecting from above for your main wedding album final prints.
For worldwide or European travel, please enquire.
For midweek, smaller, intimate weddings in Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire please also enquire. Your wedding photography could be for just £299.00
Wedding dates are held for 10 days only following client visits, unless communication indicates otherwise.
Pre and post-wedding
All details of the wedding photography coverage will be planned only in consultation with couple/parents/wedding planner.
a) All proofs are the clients to keep these come in either of two formats, online viewing or print size 6×4 inches (dependant on package chosen).
b) We balance our wedding shoots with a reportage element plus traditional, unless clients specify otherwise.
c) All pictures that are suitable while taken on the day can be supplied on disc at full resolution with no copyright restriction for as little as £100.00 enabling you to obtain your own prints.
d) Images taken are with Professional Nikon camera’s utilising Nikon optics for clarity.
e) Male or female photographers available for partnership weddings.
f) PPimaging are fully insured and CRB checked for your safety/benefit. Your wedding venue will require proof your photographer has the necessary Public Liability cover
g) All photographers are members of “British Professional Photographers Association” and “Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers”.
h) Images on our web and marketing material are purposefully reduced in quality to protect our clients images from unauthorised copyright reproduction.
Pre-wedding
A deposit of £50.00 is due on booking. This with a completed/confirmed booking form should be returned as soon as possible. Only when you receive this should you consider your wedding photography to be booked, with all times and locations registered (We have many enquiries each day) To avoid disappointment please inform us as soon as you decide to engage us as your prime photographer. The balance of the wedding photographer price is payable on or before 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Payment
We accept all major cards or cheques made payable to: PPimaging. 364 Sundon Park Road. Luton. Beds. LU3 3AS. It is requested the bride and groom notify us of any changes in circumstances that may affect the wedding photography. Times of your rehearsal and reception details should also be communicated when/if known. Every care and attention will be taken to obtain the photographs to a high standard. Only photographs taken by the official wedding photographer should be used for publication in newspapers or magazines for your safety and your copyright safety/DPA protection. Mileage charges may be applicable @ 0.50ppm, please enquire.
Post-wedding
It is anticipated that your images will be online password protected within the week, selecting your favourite agreed quantity. Extra pictures can be ordered and will be at extra cost as indicated in our brochure (example a 6″x9″ print = £5.99) Proofs are yours to keep together with the preview album (If in the package selected). We reserve the right, with your permission, to use selected images for the sole purpose of advertising PPI (for example, our website or our own advertising material). Under no circumstance do we or would we supply to any third parties.
